How many of us have thought about doing this for a nonclinical career someday? Well, Tabu Terrell actually made the career change and did it. We found this article about Tabu written by Jennifer Thomas for the Charlotte Business Journal.

Tabu Terrell is a former emergency room doctor who saw at the age of 42 that job demands began to put pressure on his health and kept him away from his family. That was compounded by the fact that his wife, Jennifer, is also an emergency-room physician.Together, they formulated a way to fast-forward their one-day retirement plans to open a brewery now, making it Tabu’s new career.
