The Jefferson School of Population Health will be hosting its 11th Population Health and Care Coordination Colloquium March 14-16, 2011 at the Loews Hotel in Philadelphia, PA.   

Here is the information provided by The Jefferson School of Population Health:

“The Colloquium continues its tradition of featuring the most innovative and cutting edge speakers and topics in the field.

The Colloquium will be a hybrid event, with both onsite and online participants. Depending on your preference, you may attend in person to meet your colleagues from across the country, or attend online via a live Internet connection. You will be able to participate in the program no matter where you are! And both on-site and online participants will have the opportunity to interact with the presenters during Q&A.

The Colloquium is being co-located with 2 other conferences, The 3rd National Medical Home Summit & The Palliative Care Summit. You will have multiple opportunities to connect with attendees from all 3 programs.

A special evening program will be held on Sunday, March 13, 2011 on the campus of Thomas Jefferson University. The Sunday Evening Book Club – AUTHORS and EXPERTS, will feature dinner and discussion with the distinguished authors of select works on health care. You will have the opportunity to meet the authors, purchase their books and have your books signed.
