While the pharmaceutical industry is comprised of large, highly complex organizations, an opportunity exists for entrepreneurial individuals and managers to start small, new entities focused on niche markets within the industry. The Rutgers Mini-MBA™: BioPharma Entrepreneurship is designed to help individuals and organizations navigate through the entire venture creation process, from idea generation to building viable BioPharma businesses.

Participants will also enjoy access to the Rutgers Entrepreneurship community, including the Rutgers IP transfer process. This program is offered both for individuals through Open Enrollment classes and for organizations through Custom Programs.

 

Who Should Attend?
The Mini-MBA™: Biopharma Entrepreneurship is a certificate program designed for:
* Aspiring entrepreneurs who are looking to start a new business in either the Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry
* Corporate venture officers who are seeking to develop or strengthen a climate of intrapreneurship in their corporations, universities, and regions
* Teams of entrepreneurs within one organization who are working together to start a new venture within their organization

Curriculum
The Rutgers Mini-MBA™: BioPharma Entrepreneurship combines Rutgers faculty lectures, visits by successful entrepreneurs, and team projects to provide participants with a unique hands-on experience while developing their business plans and networking with the entrepreneurship community at Rutgers.
