Executive MBA Programs

The Executive Masters of Business Administration (Executive MBA, EMBA) degree is specifically tailored to the individual who has already achieved a position of prominence in his or her business, but who would like to see even further progress toward either a position of more corporate responsibility or greater prominence as a manager or executive-level decision-maker.

Courses are tailored to meet the needs of the busy employee, and therefore are generally held over the weekend and rarely last more than two years. The faculty are generally among the most prestigious in an already-existing school of business, as the students are assumed to already possess a rather high level of knowledge in their field. Classes like career management and corporate strategy provide the student with the tools he or she will need for continued and improved levels of success in their companies. And the companies for which the students work often cover the cost of tuition, for they expect their investment to ultimately be paid back through the increased level of performance the E.M.B.A. graduate will bring back to the office. Plus, Executive MBA programs offer excellent networking opportunities by virtue of the nature of the students who enroll.
